SEBASTIÄN
Singer. Songwriter. Performer.
Behind the name SEBASTIÄN is Sebastian Jesus Leak, a New York born artist working across music, acting, dance, performance, and visual art. He’s always had a lot of different interests, and over time, they’ve all found their way into his work.
Music is at the center of it all. Growing up around R&B and soul, Sebastian has always seen music as something that can mean something different to everyone. A song can make you feel good, bring back a memory, or help you through something. There doesn’t have to be one way to experience it.
He also doesn’t like keeping his creativity in one place. An idea might start with a song and turn into a performance, choreography, a photo, or a visual. He likes being involved in the whole process and seeing how everything connects. Whether he’s in the studio, on stage, in front of the camera, or behind it, Sebastian is always looking for another way to bring an idea to life.
